What actually happens

The Fredoka font is served from this same domain, not a third-party CDN. The icon and every other file are served from this same domain as well, so there is no outside data flow to opt out of.

Do Not Track

Because this page runs no tracking scripts, a browser's "Do Not Track" signal has no additional effect here — there's nothing being tracked either way.
